Seven gentle questions. Four honest answers. About three minutes, which I know is a lot to ask of a mother, so take it in the car line if you have to.

Hello, you beautiful human:
There’s a particular kind of tired that sleep doesn’t touch. You know the one. You get ten quiet minutes alone in the car in the driveway, and instead of breathing, you sit there wondering where you went.
Here’s what I’ve learned from inside my own caregiving season: you didn’t disappear. Something moved in and started taking up your room. Sometimes it’s everything at once. Sometimes it’s a feeling you haven’t named yet, or a role you never get to set down, or a whole pile of things you’ve never said out loud.
This quiz helps you find out which one is living in your house right now. NOT to fix you. You were never broken. Just crowded.
And once you can name what’s crowding you out, you can start making a little room again. That’s the alchemy. Not a big overhaul. One small, honest shift at a time.

Four rooms. Which one is yours?
The One Holding It All.
You are the one who remembers. The permission slip, the refill, the birthday gift for Saturday’s party. All of it lives in your head, all day, and most nights too. What’s taking up your room is everything, all at once.
The Held Breath.
You love your life, and you STILL wake up some mornings with a heaviness on your chest before your feet touch the floor. Nothing is wrong, exactly. What’s taking up your room is a feeling you haven’t named yet.
The Woman Beneath the Role.
Someone asks what you like to do for fun, and you answer with what the kids like to do. Somewhere along the way, “Mom” stopped being one of the things you are and became the whole of it. What’s taking up your room is the role. You’re still in there.
The Unwritten Pages.
You know exactly what you feel. That was never the problem. You’ve just swallowed so much of it to keep the peace that it’s all piled up with nowhere to go. What’s taking up your room is everything you haven’t said.
…Most of us live in more than one of these rooms. The quiz shows you the one that’s loudest right now.

What happens when you finish
You answer seven questions. Things like what you do with ten quiet minutes, or what keeps you up at 2am. There are no wrong answers, and nobody’s grading.
You tell me where to send your result. It opens right there on the page, and a copy lands in your inbox.
You get five short letters, one every couple of days. They’re written for your result. Each one offers one small, doable step, and nothing to catch up on if you miss a day.
You join the Letter Circle. That’s my regular letters, for women making room for themselves again. You can step away any time, no hard feelings, and the door stays open.

A few honest things
It’s free. No trial, no card, no catch.
It takes about three minutes. Less if you’ve already been thinking about it in the shower.
It won’t tell you you’re doing it wrong. You’re carrying more than anyone can see. This just helps you see it, too.

Come find out
You don’t have to make room for everything today. Just enough to breathe. Start with knowing what’s in there.
With MUCH warmth,
Cheniece ♡

P.S. Know a mom who could use a little more room? Send her this page... Sometimes the kindest thing is “this made me think of you.”
